Reshaping It All: Book Club Intro

Hi Friends. Ashleigh here.
On February 23rd, we launch our Ungrind Book Club. A friend and fellow writer suggested the idea to me a couple months ago.
A book club fits Ungrind’s purpose perfectly. It’s our desire to churn out weekly encouragement that helps you, as Colossians 1:10 says, “to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of Him.” A great way to do this is to engage with one another in discussion.
Our first selection is Reshaping It All: Motivation for Physical and Spiritual Fitness by Candace Cameron Bure with Darlene Schacht.
A friend from church mentioned this book to me recently. After hearing her thoughts on it, I knew I needed to read it. And, as I did, I realized it was a resource I wanted to share with all of you.
In the coming months, we’ll explore together how we can have “a healthier lifestyle by moving faith to the forefront, making some wise fundamental choices, and finding [our] worth in the eyes of God.” I’m excited about all we’ll learn in the pages of this book.
To find out more about Reshaping It All, here’s a promo:
To join our book club, simply purchase a copy of the book and participate on our site. We’ll post thoughts and questions each week. The book is available in Paperback and Kindle.
